Colin Abrahams is 66 years' young and attends art class twice a week with friends at SPIRAL, where his art teacher, Peta is very encouraging.
Colin is interested in all types of art, including painting, mosaics and colouring-in.
While Colin enjoys colouring mandalas in particular, a favourite colouring-in book this year was on popular world tourist attractions. The Great Wall of China was one of Colin's particular favourite pages. While colouring this book, Colin's support workers would help research each special attraction to find out more information about them. Colin has learnt that The Great Wall of China took 200 hundred years to build.
Colin thanks everyone for their time and admiring his art work, 'A Still Life'.
"I really loved the bold colours in the photo. I enjoyed painting this canvas and I am very pleased with how it turned out."
