Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made on this Site, in addition to Richmond Fellowship Queensland’s (ABN 56 009 931 800) (we, our or us) terms of use (Terms) (available on our Site).

In this Shipping Policy, capitalised terms have the same meaning as outlined in the Terms.

Proof of purchase: An email confirmation will be sent to your nominated email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

Pick up and collection: Select pick up locations are available in Brisbane, Australia and can be selected after payment has been processed. Collection times are during business hours on selected weekdays only. Locations are subject to change and we may vary these locations from time to time.

Collection of your purchase is not available before 10:00am AEST on Friday 13 October 2023.

Collection is first available from King George Square, Brisbane between 10:00am and 12:00pm AEST on Friday 13 October 2023.

Collection is also available from Herston, Brisbane from Monday 23 October until Friday 3 November 2023.

You will be prompted to select a pick up day/time after your payment has been processed. You will receive an email confirming your collection time. You can change your collection time via your order confirmation or by contacting artexhibition@rfq.com.au or (07) 3363 2555. 

 

Shipping

Domestic shipping and shipping insurance can be organised at the Buyer’s expense. A quote for domestic shipping and shipping insurance (if required) will be provided after sales are processed using a selected third party transport provider. Buyers are free to organise their own shipping and shipping insurance using their preferred third party transport provider, at their own time and expense.

As outlined in our Refund Policy (available on this Site), shipping costs for purchases are at the Buyer’s expense and are not included in the sale price. Shipping costs vary depending on - but not limited to - the size, weight and delivery location of the artwork purchased. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to satisfy these requirements before purchasing the artwork. Richmond Fellowship Queensland is not liable to issue a refund for orders cancelled due to the cost of shipping.

Shipping outside of Australia is not available.

If you, the Buyer, has selected to ship your artwork (at your expense), we require a minimum of three business days (excluding Public Holidays) before your artwork will be ready for collection. Collection is not available on the weekend or Public Holidays.

Any artwork to be shipped will be wrapped by us with two layers of bubblewrap and labelled with you name. It the responsibility of the Buyer to organise any additional packaging suitable to the artwork and transport arrangements directly through the third party transport provider and provide correct delivery information. Richmond Fellowship Queensland is not liable if packaging does not meet the requirements of the Buyer, artwork or shipping method. Nor are we liable for any damage obtained during shipping or deliveries that are not received within a specific delivery timeframe or to the nominated delivery address.

Shipping insurance: It is the responsibility of the Buyer to organise shipping insurance, if required, through their third party transport provider. Richmond Fellowship Queensland is not liable for any damage obtained during the shipping process.

Tracking: It is the responsibility of the Buyer to organise tracking, if required, through their third party transport provider.
