Uliana Gardner is a Russian-Australian artist whose practice explores healing, resilience, and connection through mixed media, drawing, and painting. Reflecting on her lived experience with mental health challenges, she uses art as a way to process emotion, restore balance, and create moments of reflection. Alongside her studio practice, Uliana facilitates art classes for people with disability, supporting creativity as a pathway for expression, confidence, and wellbeing. Her work often reflects themes of nature, inner strength, and transformation, inviting quiet contemplation and hope. Through both her personal practice and community arts work, Uliana sees creativity as a powerful force for recovery, connection, and renewal.
