Tidal Wanderers

Lola Cotton is a 22 year old independent artist originally from Melbourne, whose work is shaped by her experience of autism and ADHD. Bringing a unique perspective to colour, texture, and emotion, Lola was taught to paint by her grandmother and developed a deep love for creating art that captures joy, movement, and connection. Inspired by the beach, seashells, and the lively energy of the Gold Coast, Lola creates vibrant acrylic and oil paintings designed to evoke happiness and curiosity. Her work often reflects the way she perceives the world - rich in detail, colour, and feeling; transforming everyday moments and landscapes into expressive pieces that celebrate individuality, beauty, and emotion.
