Craig is a Brisbane-based artist who has been painting and exhibiting for close to two decades. His work is now held by numerous public and private collectors within Australia and overseas.

In the past, Craig found the means to deal with his depression through camping, photography, painting, and exhibiting. Being immersed in beautiful locations and then striving to study, paint, and capture their details, light, and movement in the studio helped him cope with challenges.  A recent ADHD diagnosis has brought about renewed focus, energy, and clarity that has seen Craig's more recent work recognised as a finalist in a number of prestigious local art awards including The Doyles, together with highly commended awards in the Lethbridge Landscape Prize and the Tattersalls Landscape Prize.

This part of Tea Tree Bay is easy to access off the coastal track in the Noosa National Park. The rocky ledges and rock pools at the western end extend up to the Boiling Pot lookout. The sunset filters through the gum trees and comes to rest behind the headland, lighting up the Noosa Hinterland beyond.
