Diagnosed with bipolar disorder, Febe’s mental health struggle became a life-changing catalyst. During her need to express herself, she discovered her instinctive and organic style held broader appeal and creating art played a significant part in her daily maintenance providing an outlet for her emotions through her continued 26-year art practice.
Febe predominantly and intuitively uses mixed mediums (oils, acrylic, charcoal, ink, bitumen and collaged materials). Her paintings, drawings and sculptures are a recognition that every artwork is a living breathing document of her immediate surroundings, life, emotions and ongoing battle with bipolar disorder.
Febe has exhibited within Australia and internationally. Her pieces have found a place in private homes and commercial locations within Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Asia and Saudi Arabia.
Febe is represented by Feather and Lawry Design.

As we mature, we develop a deeper understanding of the rarity and sophistication of beauty. We find pleasure in the understated grace of spring flowers displayed in a vase, our imaginations captivated by a favoured book, or the solace of familiar possessions.
By seeking beauty in both people and life's minutiae, we can enhance our perspective and foster a sense of contentment.
