Holly is a watercolour artist whose work captures the quiet spaces of the natural world. Holly lives in Brisbane with her husband, four cats, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Not originally from Queensland, she was drawn here by the serenity of the majestic palms and a curious desire to taste the native pandanus fruit. Working with the fluid, unpredictable nature of water, Holly strips away the noise of everyday life to focus on form, light, and atmosphere. Her paintings use soft washes and deliberate, minimal brushstrokes to evoke a sense of profound stillness.
