On a recent visit to Samburu in Kenya, I was captivated by the elephant herds. I spent many hours observing their complex behaviour; sometimes calm, sometimes playful, sometimes naughty. What shone through most was their close, loving family dynamics. We could all benefit from such unconditional love to protect us from harm.
