No Bad Parts

'No Bad Parts' is inspired by Internal Family Systems therapy and my personal journey through mental health recovery. It recognises that every part of us - no matter how messy, loud, quiet, joyful, or painful - has value and deserves compassion. Bright and dark layers sit together to show contrast, while woven textures connect the parts, reflecting how healing comes through integration and acceptance.
When you stand back, you might see a system. A dialogue within. A whole made of many.
