Russell Solomon is a South East Queensland artist who works with wire and reclaimed materials. His work is deeply concerned with the natural world, including humans and our impact upon it. He identifies as living with an invisible disability and aims to represent this through his work.

During long, lonely lockdowns the magpies in my front yard became my family. Offering solace, continuity, companionship, and conversation through song, they take me away from mind stressors.
