Drawing for Walt Disney has shaped Running Duck Studio's skills and style. In 2012, the artist's partner was involved in a motorbike accident, causing neck, spine and brain damage. Being an integral part of their ongoing support and recovery, the artist has seen both sides of hidden struggles and pain. The lack of visible injuries often causes unsympathetic reactions.
With their own journey demonstrated throughout drawings, subconsciously expressing their own struggle, Running Duck Studio's artwork has become more light-hearted and uplifting, illustrating the small but special moments that can be found in everybody's lives. This has been an almost involuntary decision to bring balance once again to life. For that light-hearted place in your soul when you need it.
