Girl, Get Up

RMH ART is a contemporary artist using large-scale portraiture to tell powerful, real-life stories. Through her work, she invites viewers on a deeply emotional journey - one that shines a light on resilience, struggle, and strength. Living with Bipolar and CPTSD, Rhiannon (the artist behind RMH ART) has transformed her personal battles into a bold, compassionate practice that uplifts and celebrates women’s stories.

Last November, she brought her groundbreaking exhibition, 'If She Spoke: Stories of Struggle to Strength', to the Brisbane Showgrounds. Featuring portraits up to 2.4m x 1.8m, the exhibition honoured the courage and voices of women, offering a moving tribute to the power of survival, storytelling, and solidarity.
