David Jones is a Queensland College of Art graduate with a double major in print media and painting. David has a wide variety of styles within his extensive bodies of work, displaying the diversity of rendering techniques and paint applications. A long-standing and beloved exhibitor with Recovered Futures, David's distinctive works consistently draw the viewer in for closer inspection.

The title of this piece intends to reinforce the narrative, which hopes to convey the feeling of being overwhelmed by everything and nothing all at once. Reflecting on how one's perception can perpetuate this feeling, this composition was deliberately arranged to emphasise the accumulation of this seeming bombardment, and how it can envelop a once-peaceful state of mind.
