Inspired by a section in Brené Brown's book Daring Greatly regarding teaching her daughter how to build trust. I learned that:
Every time you find someone you can fully trust you add marbles to the jar and if someone breaks that trust you take one out.
In that way when you feel sad and lonely, you can look at your marble jar and understand even though the jar will never be full, it will also never be EMPTY.
