This photo was 'Commended' in the Seascape category of the annual Landscape Awards. I was fortunate to witness this breathtaking scene of dramatic clouds painting the sky in rich shades of gold, orange, and deep blue. All the while, the rising sun sat low on the horizon, casting a shimmering golden reflection across the still water. Beautifully presented in a timber frame with gold accents, I see this image as more than a photograph -  is a striking landscape piece that brings warmth, tranquility, and wonder.
