This piece is an invitation into the forest to re-energise one's sense of wellbeing and connection to nature. I wanted to inspire curiosity and intrigue into the forest bathing experience.
This wet eucalypt forest is dripping with magic and the more you are drawn to the details in a mindful way, the more benefits you can immerse in. The experience transforms from looking, into sensing what nature has to offer you.
