RMH ART is a contemporary artist using large-scale portraiture to tell powerful, real-life stories. Through her work, she invites viewers on a deeply emotional journey - one that shines a light on resilience, struggle, and strength. Living with bipolar and complex PTSD, Rhiannon (the artist behind RMH ART) has transformed her personal battles into a bold, compassionate practice that uplifts and celebrates women’s stories.

This November, RMH ART is looking forward to bringing her groundbreaking exhibition, 'If She Spoke: Stories of Struggle to Strength' to the Brisbane Showgrounds. Featuring portraits of up to 2.4m x 1.8m, the exhibition honours the courage and voices of women, offering a moving tribute to the power of survival, storytelling, and solidarity.

'Break the Cycle' is a raw and honest reflection of living with bipolar disorder, as seen through my eyes. It captures the relentless push and pull - fighting to rise above the chaos, yet constantly being dragged back down by your own mind.
