As someone who lives without a corpus callosum (fibres connecting the brain's left and right hemispheres), Douglas's life has been peppered with unique challenges. The fact that he doesn’t think like other people often leads to racing thoughts, unique ideas and, at times, alienation.
My life's pain is inextricably linked with the suffering I feel deep within my inner soul.
