A Dreamy Swan

Stewart Hornibrook is an artist from Buderim, Queensland. He has lived with mental health challenges all his adult life and has found art to be a great diversion for him.

Stewart loves to work on momentary inspiration and enjoys working in many medias - oils, acrylics and his main passion - pastels. He has also incorporated his artwork into jewellery.

I painted this pastel artwork after seeing a black swan landing on the water. I then decided to change it to a white swan to complement the colours surrounding the subject.
