Artworks are first available for purchase by sponsors and dignitaries before being available in person at the Exhibition in Brisbane. Unsold artworks can also be purchased online following the event.
"This artwork represents the different emotions we experience in our journey of life. It is inspired by the colour and form of our amazing mangrove environment and their extremely important and valuable ecosystem - just like the importance and value of people within our community."
Tanya Darl is a Queensland-based artist. She developed her passion for art at a young age and has been fortunate to be able to continue to grow this passion over the years.
Tanya's work is often based on her emotions. In the past, she has created a number of darker works but is now enjoying reworking these to show a positive light.
