The restless flycatcher flits energetically through the trees, full of boldness. In contrast, the green ribbon symbolises 'green time' - nature’s quiet invitation to slow down. This work reflects the balance I seek between movement and stillness, restlessness and calm. Watching birds like this one reminds me to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Green time has become a gentle remedy for feeling overwhelmed, and this piece is a small tribute to nature’s power to restore and rebalance.
