Drawing for Walt Disney has shaped Running Duck Studio's skills and style. In 2012, the artist's partner was involved in a motorbike accident, causing neck, spine, and brain damage. Being an integral part of their ongoing support and recovery, the artist has seen both sides of hidden struggles and pain, the lack of visible injuries often causing unsympathetic reactions.

With their own journey and struggles subconsciously expressed through drawings, Running Duck Studio's artwork has become more light-hearted and uplifting, illustrating the small but special moments that can be found in everybody's lives. This has been an almost involuntary decision to bring balance once again to life.

'For that light-hearted place in your soul when you need it.'

From Wild Wings explores the delicate balance between the human and animal; the wild and the tamed. The woman’s gaze, drawn intently to the crow, signifies a moment of profound connection - a shared breath in the stillness. This intimate scene invites contemplation on our place within the natural world and the profound wisdom to be found in the company of other beings, ultimately speaking to a personal healing process found through this deep engagement with nature.
