Lucy is a Gold Coast-based artist who has discovered the deep value of creativity, both through her own personal journey and through teaching art to others. For her, creating art is an ongoing process of exploration, inspired by a wide range of stimuli and life experiences. 

An experimental artist at heart, Lucy does not confine herself to a single medium or style. Instead, she blends genre, forms, and techniques to create works that are uniquely her own.

This hand-painted and fired glass artwork is created in the style of cathedral windows, undergoing multiple firings before completion. It is set into a piece of recycled machinery, adding to the narrative of a girl striving to escape a world of oppression. Mounted on a secure stand, the piece can be viewed from all sides, inviting reflection from every angle.
