Seven Mile Beach

Rob is a film and digital photographer with lived experience of depression and anxiety. In 2011, he left his previous profession (veterinary science) and took off around Australia with his cameras. Rob has since written six books and had his photographs published in magazines including Australian Geographic.

Rob's struggles with mental health continue; he lives with post-traumatic stress disorder, mainly resulting from his previous profession. Yet, Rob feels that he is now on his authentic path as a sensitive and creative person, and that has made a great difference to his life.

Seven Mile Beach in Northern NSW's Lennox Head is great for long walks to soothe the soul.
