Linda is a visual artist from Queensland's Lockyer Valley. She works with oils and soft pastels. After acquiring PTSD in the workplace in 2021, Linda has been using visual art as one of her recovery strategies.
I garden as part of my recovery program. I find growing sunflowers to be such an uplifting and cheerful act. When the rainbow came out, it reminded me of how far I have progressed with my recovery.
