Noosa Cove

Bob has been passionate about painting from a young age, with his natural talent becoming both a strength and a creative outlet. In 1986, Bob graduated from the Queensland College of Art with a Certificate in Applied Art and Honours in Drawing, Painting, and Illustration. 

A prolific artist, Bob has a particular love for working in oils. He also works with pastels to great effect, winning awards for his pieces. Bob often paints landscapes on large canvases, showcasing his skill in depicting trees and vibrant natural scenes. His artworks have been collected locally and purchased by international visitors.

I went for a walk through the Noosa National Park recently and took a photo of the cove, which is the inspiration for this piece. The perfect weather coupled with the interesting elements of the Pandanus create a beautiful picture of this iconic holiday destination.
