I Will Bloom Again

O.Nesh was born and raised in Ukraine and has been passionate about art since childhood. Over the years, she has explored different styles and media, using her work as a way to express feelings, emotions, and questions about life.

She has faced many personal challenges, including immigration, self-reinvention, war, the loss of her mother, and the difficulties of midlife. Despite these experiences, O.Nesh continues to learn, grow, and develop as an artist. Her artworks have been exhibited at Petrie Terrace Gallery, where she has been a finalist in themed events.

In my artwork, I wanted to acknowledge the strong spirit of the Ukrainian people, as well as anyone who has ever had to start life over from scratch. In the background, there are destroyed houses; in the foreground, a field of wheat and blooming spring trees - symbols of life's renewal and regeneration.
