Art is Janice Crosbie's creative spiritual journey of freedom. Janice loves to express a love of nature and share art with others.

Janice loves to look at others' new and different ideas in art, and believes acceptance of diversity makes for the conditions of peace.

Janice came to art through a desire to be healed, and to portray the beauty, instead of the emptiness, that is sometimes felt inside.

When viewing Janice's artwork, it is hoped that people come away with a sunny feeling, while finding some sense of peace and balance.

Each of Janice's artworks is painted from a memory of a place visited, including the sea, rainforests, sheep and cattle stations, and the outback. Each memory has a story, which Janice voices through art.

"The storm’s a-brewing, the clouds are looming and the sailing boats sit at noon. By tonight, the storm will thrash and lash about, the sailing boat won’t go out. The messenger sees all and what’s to be, so he warns the sailing company of dangers known throughout these parts and rocks that don’t count hearts."
