She enjoys using colour in interesting ways, to highlight elements of the natural world. Memories of foggy views after bushwalking to a summit, or stopping on a road trip to catch a glimpse of the view stretching into the distance. I painted this piece at a time when parts of my health and capacity remained uncertain.
