Inspired by my favourite film, Fight Club, and particularly the final scene accompanied by 'Where Is My Mind?' by the Pixies, this work examines the moment when illusion dissolves and a person is forced to confront themselves in their entirety.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCreated during a period of significant personal change, 'Fade Out Line' reflects my own experience of navigating uncertainty, loss, and the reconstruction of identity. The title refers to the invisible threshold where one version of ourselves begins to disappear and another emerges. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCreated for the Recovered Futures exhibition, 'Fade Out Line' is ultimately a work about recognising ourselves honestly, even when the reflection is uncomfortable.
